About This Engineering Supervisor Job in Red Sea Saudi Arabia
In this Engineering Supervisor Job in Red Sea Saudi Arabia, you will join the pre-opening team and play a key role in maintaining resort infrastructure. You will supervise engineering operations, ensure safety compliance, and support seamless resort functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering technicians and daily maintenance operations
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance across the property
- Respond to guest requests and operational issues efficiently
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Maintain reports, logs, and compliance documentation
- Train and mentor engineering team members
- Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives
- Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Saudi national (as per Saudization requirements)
- 2–3 years supervisory experience in engineering or maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in luxury hotels preferred
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
